After several frustrating months of waiting and getting the run-around from a different front desk person (whose name I can't recall), our experience at Sozo Physical Therapy completely transformed the moment we connected with Shay at the front desk. Shay is simply amazing and so welcoming, comforting, kind, and compassionate. Her welcoming presence immediately eased our nerves. I ranted about all my concerns, and what's truly rare is that Shay genuinely listened as a parent and showed she cares! You can tell she genuinely wants to help others. I was surprised she had just started at Sozo, given how incredibly efficient she was with me and my daughter.

I was referred to Dr Andrew by my PMP for back pain. I received personalized care starting with dry needling, cupping, stretching, and home exercises. My treatment plan evolved to more stretching and weight exercises to increase the strength of the muscles causing my problems. I'm now pain free and participating in all the activities before my injury. So glad to have found Dr Andrew!
Today was my first time getting a massage with Alyssa Evans. She took such good care of me and explained everything she was doing to me. I was scared initially because of my back pain but she helped ease my nervousness and relax a bit. At the end I had fallen asleep. Thank you Alyssa, for helping me. I very much appreciate you.
