AVOID this place. The doctor we saw was ok, however his assistant was incompetent. She would not change the paperwork for a SimonMed referral so that it would be accepted. I called in 10x to ask if it was fixed and was told every time that a note would be sent to her, or a personal message sent to remind her. 3 weeks later we just switched PCP so we can get needed tests. Unbelievable.

Beware of the billing practices here. The staff are good, but since they have affiliated with another organization to handle the billing, it’s not worth it. They bill you for copays for visits that should not have one under the Affordable Care Act. Good luck trying to get your money back. And do not give them a credit card number in the portal.

DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT AT SOUTHWEST FAMILY MEDICINE!!Pointed out on my last visit it is near impossible to get an appointment less then a week out. While the doctor claimed there are plenty of appointments available for walk in, the schedulers will only schedule those for emergencies. Why is a family practitioner holding appointments for emergencies. I can guarantee if you walk in with an emergency they will send you across the street to the hospital.I will be returning to work still injured never seeing my doctor after already visiting the emergency room.DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE! Their staff is horrible, Doctors are disconnected from their own policies, and you will suffer waiting for an appointment 7 days or more.They have a large waiting room that used to be full of people. Now there is never anyone in it. This alone should tell you something.

I've been going here for close to 30 years. I've seen a variety of doctors, and yes, some are not as good as others. Just like any other office. I see Corie Kelly and absolutely love her! There is a time limit sometimes because they are so busy. It's still a business.

I used to love this place.. now it's hard to get appointments even after I was just seen at ER orUrgent Care. I have been waiting now almost Two weeks for results from test and have not heard anything and have left several messages.. I'm still in pain so what next... well not sure till we go over results right.. not feeling like they care anymore...

Waited on hold 14 minutes to try to make an appointment. Finally hung up. Last time I was in there I had 4 things I wanted them to look at they told me only 2 problems per visit. They are the worst.

I saw a doctor last week and had an order for bloodwork. the results have been in their office for several days with no one making an effort to look over them. I see a specialist soon and was told there was no guarantee I would get a call prior to my appointment. The office seems like I'm inconveniencing them by asking.
