I’m extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service! The technician arrived right on time, was professional, and explained everything before getting started. My carpets were pretty stained from pets and everyday wear, but they now look and smell like new. The cleaner worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail.
The drying time was much faster than I expected, and there was no harsh chemical smell—just a fresh, clean scent. I really appreciate the excellent communication and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be using this service again and recommending it to friends and family!
He’s come out two different times and both times have been great. Our cat peed on our couch recently and nothing we did was working (BISSELL was used). The smell continued to linger. Stephan came and cleaned the couch, which was basically good as new! We have two dogs and two cats. The rugs have also been through it and now look great. Highly recommend
