Absolutely horrible!!!
My dog was nicked during grooming on his belly right near his penis. I get it. It happens. He’s a little squirmy.
I called to complain that he had been nicked and to give feed back as the groomer in the past has been very short of patience and recommended anesthesia for my dog to groom him. That’s a little severe as he is a small dog.
I asked for someone to call me back and got a call from Kelly who left a voicemail. I called back and that phone was to a totally different vet clinic (in Verrado) of a different name. I left a message. 3 days later I hadn’t gotten a call back so I called again. Kelly returned my call. She had all the ammo ready but was inaccurate and snarky.
She immediately said there was a note in the file that my dog was not nicked and that I waited two weeks to call so it obviously wasn’t their fault and shame on me for not bringing my dog in for vet treatment as he may need antibiotics and by the way you should find another groomer.
That last run on sentence was kind of how Kelly delivered it to me so it was intentional.
I asked to speak to the owner.
Kelly flat out said “well that’s not gonna happen”

I had to visit NorthStar for the worst of reasons- to put my 18 year old pit bull to sleep. They were wonderful from the phone call to the very end. Everyone involved could not have been more compassionate with an utterly devastating moment.

We spoke to Crystal about an issue our dog was having I highly recommend talking to her if you need any help with your pet! Very helpful,Patient,and understanding our issue! Thank you Crystal more people need to be as polite as you!!

I can not express my gratitude enough for Dr Rimbey. She has walked through so many difficult times with my family. From having to say goodbye to one of my fur babies, to being so patient and flexible with another fur baby who is a very difficult patient. She is always willing to think out side of the box to come up with creative solutions to met the needs of my fur babies. I truly can’t say thank you enough.
