Came over to Nationwide Vision to get sunglasses repaired. They were all real friendly and they followed up with me to ensure I was being helped. They were able to repair my sunglasses quickly.
I appreciate the quick service and helpful staff.

I find Natuonwide Vision to be an exceptional vision center. They take extra precautions to ensure that the little ones get a comprehensive exam even when the kids are most unwilling to be examined. I am appreciative of their professionalism and personal touch. Thank you Nationwide Vision. I trust you with my kids!
The eye exam itself was smooth and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. The overall process was fairly quick and efficient.
However, I did have a minor issue at the front desk. When I apologized for not having my ID on hand, one of the receptionists made a few unnecessarily sarcastic remarks. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did come off as a bit unprofessional and could have been handled with more courtesy.
That said, the clinical staff made up for the experience, and I’d still recommend Nationwide Vision for eye care needs. Just hope for a better front desk interaction... read full review
