Love nationwide vision and all the staff my family has been going here for years they have helped me raise my kids in the “eyes” of optometry. I’ll never go anywhere as long as I can control it
All the staff we interacted with during our visit was very kind and friendly. All our questions and concerns were answered kindly. They had a great variety of glasses. In and out quickly too.
I recently left a poor review of this establishment, and I want to take a moment to advise an up-date. After my recent review I received a message from Jessica asking if I would reach out and explain my issue. I did, and she told me she would contact management....... Surprisingly, received a call from Kim at the store. Again, I expressed my disappointment regarding my experience. I said I was not complaining to get anything- I didn't want anything, just letting them know they had issues to address. Kim asked me to give her a week to talk to her people and she would get back to me. She called me tonight and I will say that Kim went above and beyond what was expected.... read full review
