Sofia is the best massage therapist I have had. She knows how to read the body and give the right pressure starting off with light pressure and working in deeper to target the muscles perfectly. She was kind and quiet which I enjoy during my massages. As a physical therapist myself, I strongly recommend Sofia for your next massage!
Go see Brittany Wald! She has been doing hair for years and knows her stuff- no joke! She is very very good with color and also cuts. She makes it look so easy and you will walk away feeling refreshingly beautiful. Love her service! Love her passion for hair!
Emily is a total keeper! She’s an amazing person with a great sense of humor and a courteous, highly skilled professional stylist. She makes every visit enjoyable, and I always walk out with a great haircut. I’ve been going to her for a while now, and she consistently does an excellent job. The spa being inside the gym is a great bonus too — you even get a free day pass when you book a service. Highly recommend Emily!
