Brought our dog in and had a great experience. From the front desk welcoming our dog and letting you know you are checked in. The vet Dr Boyd was attentive and not only knowledgeable but present and listening and teaching and explaining exactly why and what needs to be done.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and their staff! We were seen by Dr. Russo and Andrea and they were terrific!! I had to bring in my pom on an emergency visit and they were able to schedule me in within the hour. They were able to do X-rays, bloodwork, vaccines, and meds all within the visit while making it very affordable! Emergencies are scary so I’m very grateful to the entire clinic for seeing us and sending us home with peace of mind! They also had the cutest coffee bar so I was still able to have a morning cup of tea after rushing out of my home like a crazy woman 😭😂 thank you again 🩷🩷🩷

They are disgusting people, i wrote a review on yelp talking about my kitty who is alive and healthy just for them to tell the whole internet about my poor baby who passed away. They wrote about it in response to my short review and told everyone my buisness even though the review had nothing to do with that kitty, i was talking about my other one. Feel free to go and check it out, report them beacuse they are heartless people.

We just brought a new puppy into our home and I thoroughly researched local vets to find a great one for our little Cavalier. Today we had our first visit and I was super impressed with the kindness, thoroughness, and beside manner of Dr. Boyd as well as all of the techs! The front desk ladies are wonderful and spent quite a bit of time with my on the phone answering my many questions. This feels like a very warm and welcoming practice.

where is the area to not add a star, We have an injured dog, And I called and without an appointment. They can not assist. I'm sorry but Vets in west coast with this mentality Are trash. I will not support any vet that thinks this way. I'm from chicago and I use to go to a vet there without question or timing or what ever circumstances they was on it and was never a long wait. They were always busy and they was accepting everyone. These vets out here especially this one. Absolute trash attitude, "I'm sorry if you do not have an appointment then we can not accept any walk ins. Next available is Tuesday" Like really? Absurd!

Busy but totally engaged with each client. My 2 boys had their first doc exam. All the helpers were patient with the bouncing 6 month old Lab. The doc is great. Knows her stuff. Answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Glad I found Gentle Hearts.

We have been seeing Dr Boyd for 5 years for multiple pets. Her staff is amazing! I like how personal Dr Boyd is and explains everything. When I had to put 2 of my dogs to rest she let us know we were doing the right thing. It's the hardest thing to know when it's your fur babies time. We are currently seeing her for another of my elderly dogs. When we brought our puppy in last year she sat on the floor and let him get used to her so he wouldn't have fear. She's a one vet practice. Works 6 days a week. Dedicated! I highly recommend.
