Owner is a burnout stoner! The COO told me that after about a week of working there. No organization in the company. They want to hire you and not train you and just want you to magically do your job. If you work for them they want you not to work there but live the job. They want you to be on call 24/7 they want you have a take pride in your job feeling with absolutely no compensation for it. This place is horrible to work for everyone there is miserable unless your friends with the burnout stoner owner.

John Doe, you were actually telling the truth about this company. The management are liars, the one brother Justin is a major LIAR. Clara Safety person, is also a liar and had a really bad attitude! When I worked there, their work was very inconsistent and the pay, is very very low.. 18$ a hour for a truck driver? Are you serious?? You have to call them for work availability, almost beg them for work?! Then when they do give you a assignment, it is a one day job.. barely a week?? Ask their dispatchers are clueless and liars.
