This is my honest review we had a couple stumbles in the beginning no fault of the staff they were great but I will not lie when I say they went above and beyond to make us happy in the end and I can honestly say we are extremely happy with are forever home Charlie and the gentleman that does drywall are absolutely perfectionist and the office staff stayed in close contact to make sure we were happy we are very pleased

We recently purchased a modular home from Mohave homes and had the most excellent experience with the process and are loving our new home! Jessica was with us from the beginning and helped us through every stage of the process. We really enjoyed working with her from her expertise of the ordering process to her professionalism. Andie was our project manager and she kept us informed and the project on track she was a pleasure to work with, she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Patrick and his crew were very friendly and did amazing work and couldn’t be happier with how everything came out! Five Stars all around!! When we first started out looking for our new forever home we stopped at Mohave Homes, I knew that would be the place we would purchase our house. Jessica was great, took the time to give us pricing even though she knew we weren't buying at the time. Each time we went to look there was never any pressure to purchase and Jessica always made us feel welcome. We finally ended up purchasing a new home last Aug and moved in this May. The process was pretty seemless, and even though it felt like it took forever, it really went by quickly. Things moved at a good pace and we were kept updated on the progress.
