“Our experience with RG could not have been better! We were looking for a larger property in Apache Junction and before we even purchased the land, Richard walked the completely undeveloped, filled with cactus and wildlife, property with us as we first began to imagine what we would do. From there, the process was seamless.

My fiancee and I put an offer on the land, and began working with the team at RG. It was an incredibly busy time with work and planning a wedding, but RG made what most people consider one of the hardest things to do as a couple - building a house - the easiest. We worked with the design team to modify one of their model ADUs for our first home together and they went above and beyond to get approved as a builder with our lender, get plans approved, and coordinate every aspect of the process we couldn’t even have imagined.

They kept every aspect of the project in line and on time - coordinating to get power to the lot, water, septic, permits, etc… We simply would not have been able to move into our new and first home almost immediately after our marriage without the team at RG.

The whole team - Linnea, Betsey, Richard, Beth - were communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, helping us through design selections, working with our lender, and changes we made along the way.

Before they began to break ground, we met Sergio who was the supervisor for our project. He led the team on the ground to meet, to the day, the project deadline. Even dealing with delays from the county, from the water utility company, and electric utility company, Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we were able to move into our first home in time, and led their team and subcontractors to build a house we could not be happier with. It was a blessing to have Sergio leading our project on the ground. He and the team at RG built an amazing house we now call home.
