We needed to move my 96-year-old mother-in-law from her retirement community to a new one and visited Arizona in August from Virginia to find a better place for her. Although we arranged the new location, it couldn't be ready while we were in town, and the sales director recommended Jeff to do the move. He was great! He came to her old place, packed everything up, moved her to the new one, and set up her furniture, all in a few hours. He was conscientious and very kind, making it far less stressful for me across the country and for her as she moved. In fact, she wasn't even in her old place when he moved her - she had landed in the hospital and then a skilled nursing rehab facility after we left! Jeff calmed me down and said not to worry, he had it covered, and with a friend of hers to come by just to assist, he took care of everything, even taking her cable box to the UPS store to return it to the cable company. We couldn't be more pleased. The high recommendations I got about Zook Moving from both the old place and the new one were absolutely spot on - he was great and communicated with me throughout the process. I don't know what we would have done otherwise.
