ATTENTION CAR GUYS!!! We all know how bad needing a tow can suck. But these guys are very fast and comforting. My coupes are pretty low (coilovers ) so it is nerve wracking to tow everytime but these guys have all the wood and mini ramps to get on the truck without touching anything. Mike shows alot of professional experience and I couldn't have asked for a better driver. Just add that your car is low in the notes and they'll take care of you. I'm very impressed with the service.
This guy brought back my faith in good customer service and quality work! He communicated very well, was on time, and showed me he cared about my car! I drive all modified vehicles of some sort and my most sentimental one is a low VW CC. It's not a 50,000 dollar car but it's my baby and he help ease my mind by showing up, absolutely stepping up and got right to work , alone , and bust out the job in 15 min or less with absolute care and a perfect load. If you drive lowered vehicles you know you can only tow on a flat bed tow truck and it takes skill ( and wood/lumber pieces- which he stopped to get cut at Home Depot to save TIME by not stopping at his yard - and keep...read full review
Chris was by far THE BEST tow truck driver I've encountered. He was down to earth, had an AMAZING driver skillet, and has extraordinary customer service skills. He learned I had been screwed over by my insurance 3 times and been stuck waiting in the heat for 4 hours. I wasn't able to leave the truck as it was sitting beside a red curb. He bumped me to priority. He arrived within 20 mins and ensured my truck and I got to my dealership, safely. I HIGHLY recommend Wolf Pack Towing!
