Mom needs new glasses. We hoped to get it vía Medicare. Called her nearest Walmart and got John Saldivar. To say this man understands customer service and making what I figured would be a hellish insurance filled nightmare into a life affirming and overall positive experience is a sad understatement. He will excel in any situation if my first experience is any indication. More like this please!
My dog got ahold of my glasses and bent the frames really badly and pulled out the nose pads. Jonathan completely reshaped the frames for me and installed new nose pads and now the glasses fit better than they did even before the dog got to them.
Jonathan was very helpful. We had some problems with my insurance but he was able to figure it out and got me an appointment the next day. He was knowledgeable and professional. I recommend that you come see him!
