I was unsure about switching to this Visionworks location due to some of the negative reviews. But I'm actually glad I tried them out anyway. I had an amazing experience. I have used America's Best for the past 5 years but due to my company's recent change to Cigna, America's Best does not accept.
The staff was actually BETTER than America's Best. They were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. They assisted me the second I walked through the door and their help was exceptional the entire time. I am actually happy that I had to switch because I've had great experiences so far and will continue to be seen by this location.

Best experience I've had at VisionWorks or any optometrist office for that matter. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. My physician identified my headaches were probably caused from my current prescription being too strong! I've had these glasses for TWOOO YEARSSSS. So grateful my wife and I chose this location for our new prescription. Eva was a saint. She saved us so much money (over 1k) just by making sure to mention and offer all the specials they had. In this economy?! That's a whole blessing. We appreciate her compassion and empathy. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience.

Ordered glasses. I cannot see out of them. Getting the same song and dance, "wear them a couple of weeks." Returning for a refund. I'm not paying $400 for glasses I can't see out of. Reverse that, edit the review. I stopped by today and spoke to the manager. She took extra time to make everything right and even took a deep dive on a set of glasses I got at a competitor. Her suggestions helped me get my money back from the other company and now I've scheduled all my business at this Glendale location. Very very happy and thankful
