They'll take your money, but forget about service. Then they tie you up with your insurance company. I've been stuck for over a month trying to get a new referral to a real urologic clinic.
They will never answer the phone. I was on speaker phone waiting for an answer for over an hour and a half. No answer, so I finally gave in and left a message. 2 weeks later and still no call back. How do you stay in business. Terrible customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻
I went once back in Sept and met with Dr Vi Hua. He did not disappoint. My ONLY issue is that it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. I had surgery on Oct 29th to remove a kidney tumor. Yesterday I noticed a hole in my incision (I'm guessing from when my dog jumped on my while I was laying down), and a sticky discharge. I called today. Waited for 30 minutes and NOBODY picked up. The patient portal isn't that great either bc it takes DAYS for anyone to reply.
No issues with the Dr's or staff. I just wish someone would just pick up the phone. I thought all these places go through a call center. Ugh. I won't add my photo bc it's gross looking.
