I try to float as often as possible. I work on a computer all day and then my phone after that. Floating is the only mechanism I have found it let me fully relax my back and shoulders and let me get a break from the computer neck that is stiff and sore all the time.
Floating is amazing and I’m sure there’s many places you can do it. The reason I go to Glendale Float Spa is because of Jackie. Jackie he is an old soul in a youthful person and one of the kindness humans i’ve ever met. She is an excellent guide to prepare you to get the most out of your float. ❤️

Floating in magnesium salt is something I like to do once a month. The weightlessness helps my body aches Anne back and neck tension. The ladies that work here are sweethearts. It’s the buy one get one free deals throughout the year that keep me coming back and make it more affordable and accessible for me as a single mom. Thank you for that. The place is kept clean and today and is soothing and relaxing. I love the Himalayan rock salt lamps in the hallway. The only thing I’d change is that I wish there was at least one option to listen to something Christ centered while floating, and/or some calming classical music like Bach. Otherwise, High recommend! Very clean and relaxing environment. Did an hour float and 10 minutes with the oxygen bar. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to watch their website for special deals!
