Have been going here for eyebrow wax and tint never a problem .Today the lady that wax my eyebrows was on her phone the whole time talking over me at one point spot on me while talking on her phone !!! So disgusted!

I went for lashes and brow threading on a Tuesday. It was July 4, and they were all I could find open late. Brows were very nicely done. However, she talked on the phone my ENTIRE visit! My lashes were supposed to be natural, medium. They were SUPER thick and so clumped together, they looked like snuffleuppagus' lashes. I saw more glue than lashes and could barely open my eyes. I looked like I had lazy eyes/heavy lids. I washed my face without touching my eyes with soap and one eye completely lost the lashes PAINLESSLY. They just fell off! The very next day! Only one person working there got there early in the morning when it opened. for a hair cut and a wash didn't leave until almost 7pm.. And lady trying to take care of all 8 client's at the same time. The lady was very nice but ridiculous that she has to do it by herself management should always have more then one person working no excuses or dont open if you cannot afford to have more then one person working. Longest wait ever for a single hair cut that charge me almost 200.
