I had an issue with my AC that was a bit out of the ordinary (my dog ate parts of the AC Unit, he is ok new pup problems) and PSA was VERY transparent and professional about what will and will not be covered by my home warranty. This happened on a Friday late afternoon and they were able to get us up and running by mid day Saturday. I definitely recommend this company for any HVAC needs!
My ac went down on a very hot day recently. More important then our comfort, we were mostly concerned about our almost 15 yr old large breed dog. He is declining in health and the heat was too much for him. Our system is older. I really figured (feared) we would be told we needed new units. Not only did they show up earlier then they said they would be here…..they were honest. They replaced a part and the whole thing started working again. I cannot tell you how many disreputable companies there are out there ripping people off. This is not one of those companies. These people care about customer satisfaction and their reputation in the community. 6 STARS!!! 5 is not enough! I cannot recommend Pro Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating any higher! 😄
