This is definitely one of those places where you feel you get what you pay for. Medical staff not inviting or friendly, a bit short with you. Doctor comes in, after I've been waiting in the room for 1 1/2 hrs didn't speak or look me in the face. He came in reading off the tablet. Overtalking me at every turn, never update my refills on time. I always have to keep calling because they aren't responding to pharmacy. I wish that I could say this was a one time occurrence, but I can't. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone!

Me and my husband had our annual check up with Dr Kenneth Merchant. We were put together in one exam room. Dr came in the room didnt evem greeted us, no hi no smile just went straight to a chair and look at his ipad and papers. He was talking to his self muttering here and there looking at our history in his ipad maybe. Again not even addressing us. He had my husband move to the exam table, very rudely gave instructions as if mad at him like with mad tone in his voice saying take a deep breath, like “when i say deep breath you do this!” He ask my husband to lay down, bend his knee, my husband moved his leg but he was mad that he did it wrong and grabbed my...read full review

I am a first time patient there as of Monday I needed to make a change with my insurance this isn’t my strongest area the staff at the front were very kind and patient with me and assisted in this process

My doctor listened to what I had to say and sent my referrals in as well next day.
