I am a first time patient there as of Monday I needed to make a change with my insurance this isn’t my strongest area the staff at the front were very kind and patient with me and assisted in this process
My doctor listened to what I had to say and sent my referrals in as well next day.

Dr merchant is always over and hour late. Went today with an appt of 11:45 here it is 12:55 and I still haven’t been seen. This is my 3rd and final time coming here. Same issue everytime.
Both my husband and I have been coming here for a few years and ever since Doctor Edward Tang left this office the staff has been lazy and careless about their patients. We are never seen on time Even with appointment, you're still stuck here for at least 2 hours before you're seen by the Doctor. We will both be looking for a different Doctor's office to go to?
