I came in for my first check up after having a positive pregnancy test mind you my last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so I was already pretty scared and everything went fine until one of the doctors prescribed me 1000 ml of medication within hours of taking it I had a 6 -8week miscarriage I Will NEVER recommend this place every other doctor I have seen is baffled by how high of a milligram dose Mom doc prescribed me for being so early in pregnancy just for a bacterial infection that I didn't even notice smh

Every single member of staff that works here is terrible. The front desk are completely clueless, they mix up appointments, and mix up patients info. It very apparent no one at the front desk has gone to any kind of medical school. The doctors have no respect for your time, and they make it very clear that they don't care about you. They messed up my bloodwork and my glucose test, that I then had to come back and take twice because of their mistakes. I have been rescheduled countless times, and when you try to call in, you have to talk to their scheduling department who is completely disconnected from what's going on in the offices. I returned to MomDoc in hope of having my Womens well exam and IUD removed, which they placed in 2017. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advanced and as I was walking into the building they called me and cancelled my appointment because the doctor I was seeing for called to the hospital. I rescheduled for the following week and the same thing happened. I was supposed to hear back from management after asking twice and never did. I actually ended up going to Planned Parenthood to get it removed and had a great experience there. Now I have to get a new GYN which appts are months out if you're not pregnant.
