I just want to give a shout out to the anger management program and Jennifer and Christina ,I took the peace program with them and really enjoyed participating and learning new ways to deal with life , I would recommend anyone needing this program to do it with lifeline , thanks

The most unprofessional behavioral health place! I went there for 6 years, showed up for all of my therapy and psychiatry appointments. I was doing the work, and finally started making progress. They changed psychiatrist and after only 2 10 minute sessions, I was asked to leave the practice, and to sign a discharge paper for medicine misuse. Same medication I have been on for 8 years, and the new Dr decided after only two sessions had me literally on my own, no therapy, no meds, and no discussion or conversation. I'm writing this review regarding my intake appointment I had on 5/23/2025. I couldn't tell you the name of whom it was with because the woman didn't ever introduce herself to me. Looking back on my email her name is Madelyn. She seemed very High on drugs, she had blood shot eyes and couldn't keep them open, she talked so low I could not hear her most of the 30 minutes I spent with her. Her hands were shacking vigorously. She told me at the end of the intake that she was only an intern but would be my counselor going forward. The entire appointment was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Absolutely disgraceful. I usually always look at reviews before trying any new place and I wish I would have come here before wasting my time money and emotions thinking I was going to find the help I needed. The employees here should be drug tested. Horrible horrible experience. ZERO STARS!
