This is my third time giving this organization a chance and once again I have been disappointed with their lack of professionalism. On 4/15/2026, I completed an intake confirmation with Zoe Snider prior to my scheduled appointment with a therapist by the name of David. My appointment was scheduled for the next day - April 16th at 5:00pm (virtual).. After waiting for the provider for 20 minutes, I attempted to call Zoe. I received her voicemail, so I then proceeded to call the Lifeline Office and spoke with someone who sent over a message. Absolutely, completely, horrible. This place costs $125 for a screening with a man named Mr. Friend who clearly does not like what he does for a living working from his home. He’s not personable, he’s cold, he tells you if you don’t hurry up and answer his 100+ questions fast enough you will be charged an additional amount for a 2nd session. He’s late to start, he’s impatient and at the end he recommends at a minimum you pay an additional $500 for (2) 8-hour Saturday sessions and PRE-BOOKS THE CLASSES!!! I just want to give a shout out to the anger management program and Jennifer and Christina ,I took the peace program with them and really enjoyed participating and learning new ways to deal with life , I would recommend anyone needing this program to do it with lifeline , thanks
