I’m a parent of a child whose district uses Lifetouch. I am sickened by the former CEO being involved in the Epstein files. If you haven’t heard this yet please research it. It’s vile and disgusting. I don’t want anyone at this company anywhere near my kid or to possess images of my child. This company has photos of so many children. It’s disgusting. I’ll be trying to work with my district to find another photography service. The statements they have made on social media are nothing but gaslighting and I have zero trust in them. Got my daughters school pictures and she had hair in her face and wasn’t ready for the photo when taken, do the photographers here not make sure the students are picture ready before taking photos? Requested to have a reshoot of the pictures to get this fixed and was told they can’t and offered no solutions. Very disappointed!! They need to hire better photographers and customer service personnel. To top it, they’re prices are absolutely crazy now and their skills / work isn’t even good!

Trying to get a hold of people is very difficult. I have reached out several times by phone and via email. My son had his senior graduation pictures taken by Life Touch and I never got them, the senior class of 2024 got their pictures and not my son. I will never order pictures from them again.
