Every aspect of the entire project including roof inspection, roof repair and gutter installation exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly, professional and treated us as if we were their only customer. Highly recommend Jim Brown and Sons. Outstanding!
I’ve seen a lot of roofs done in my neighborhood and Jim Brown did one and I knew immediately they were the people I was going to call when my roof needed to be done. Job was completed in two days amazing. even with the extra things I had them do.
In the past, I collaborated with JBS Roofing for repairs, and I have now engaged their services for a roof replacement. The level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail is what one should anticipate from a reputable business. From the office personnel to the installers and the final inspection, everything was top-notch. Aside from the amazing new roof, there was no evidence that they had been on the property. They left no mess, which is crucial for me as I have a dog and want to ensure her safety. I appreciate all of your assistance!
