I have called every number they have and the don’t answer. I have been with 1 Mad several years at 66 th olive . This phone system is awful. Why don’t you answer the phone. Waiting 10 mins. At a time waiting. Did you close up shop?!?!?!

I haven't had a regular dr in a while and thought I would give this a try. I'd been feeling bad for some time and thought it was time to find out why. It was creating stress, anxiety, weight gain and some depression. All they'll do is tell you to talk to their behavioral health associate and learn things like meditation and relaxation. No actual doctor on site either, just an NP. Went in again for a back injury and after looking at my x-rays I was told " this is your life now so get used to it. It'll get worse". No compassion, no useful plan of action. I decided to change offices to one that had an actual MD. Pretty much the same thing, you need to see our behavioral health associate or go on antidepressants which I have bad reactions to. Finally got fed up and started seeing an internist. First thing he did was run blood tests and low and behold, I have a bad thyroid! Now on thyroid meds and the high cholesterol is coming down, the depression is going away as is the anxiety and weight gain. One simple test could have fixed everything (except my back). How hard is it to test for a simple thing that many older people end up with as they age? Never going back.

When I was ASSIGNED Iora by medicare, it didn't sit well. I spent some time doing some looking around and decided to check them out. First appointment was great. Stayed that way for a while. At some point that awesome service took a back seat to something. Maybe covid???? Recently I have one issue after another. The follow up was replaced by apathy. In at least 6 months the whole process of getting care has fallen on me. My first Dr. was great. Haven't seen the same dr. twice in a row to deal with what are sometimes important issues. Guess I'm like an alcoholic. It'll be better NEXT time???? sure hope so.
