Could not recommend more highly. After a few painful encounters with warranty-assigned repair companies, I asked for local recommendations on my Ring app and it is clear to see why more than one neighbor recommended Herb's. Brian took time to diagnose the actual problem I had with my dishwasher that no one else had done before, and made sure it was completely repaired, including an additional visit as needed. He is honest, enjoys his job, and honors his father doing it. If you are into gardening and plants, expect some fun conversation as he is also quite the connoisseur. These guys are a class act. They are honest, on time and very knowledgeable. They have fixed my ice maker and my refrigerator. They have fixed my dishwasher and did so in two days with ordering a part. They get the job done so fast. I would highly recommend this company. From the woman who answers the phone to the technicians, they are a class act. Always good to have an honest repair company on your side and these guys are it. Thanks guys
