5 star experience with Joanne and zero star Experience with 18 years experience RUDE stylistToday I visited this place with my son. I have been here before and always got good stylist and service.Today I checked in for me and my son with Joenne. While I was having my haircut, my set on was in the car finishing his food. The hair stylist was very friendly and did excellent job either my hair.When my son(11 years) came with my wife and we were expecting the same stylist would continue both jobs.Somehow there was some miscommunication and there was another lady who took his name and we were unaware. This is a nice, clean, recently renowed shop with good operators. I like the app. You can make a place reservation with the app and then wait for your favorite operator after that. I have a good experience here.

The store/shop was clean and the staff was friendly. My stylist was great and actually gave me the cut I asked for. I used the check in online feature of the app and really liked it. I will be back soon .
