I have been coming here for years and years I have short hair that grows fast so it's nothing to check in on line, watch for your turn and head over when it's time. The ladies are great!
Been going here for years, with Theresa as my stylist, and never have I had issues like this. I've been trying to get an apt with Thresa for a month now. I get their new privacy policy not allowing customers to know stylists schedules. Ive asked to leave messages for her because I can't sit outside the store for hours on end waiting for her daily hoping to catch her. The new workers weren't happy with me when I said I perfered to try to get in with my regular stylist instead of getting it done right then.
Always great service, never have a problem here. Have been coming here since I was younger, through Elementary school, Highschool, even as an adult I'll still drive 20mins down here to get my haircut no matter the changing staff. Ryan was a great help on this visit, quick easy and simple.
