You can't get anyone on the phone no matter what they will only send you automated text responses. They will also send you unsolicited weight loss offers, even if you're struggling with an eating disorder! The only way to get away from this is to unsubscribe from communication with your own physician. This cannot be legal. Reporting this everywhere to every organization I can find. Disgusting business practices.

I would find a family Dr. Or somewhere else. You're not going to get good service at an urgent care they don't care about your life here just the next co-pay. Went for a wrist injury twice Dr told me I was fine and tried to send me home even gave me a brace to get me to stop asking questions and said my insurance would cover it. Got a bill for that and a second opinion that said I have a permanent permanent wrist injury.Could have saved $200 going to a specialist

showed up at 11:50, sign on the door said “will be back at 12” waited until 12:30 and nothing. The phone number is either out of service or unplugged, doors are locked. very unprofessional.
