Glendale Pediatrics and Family Care is a highly recommended office that provides excellent service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make an effort to accommodate same-day appointments when possible. The office is clean, with courteous staff who prioritize patient comfort. With a long history of serving families, they have experience handling diverse health issues and are committed to providing quality care.
We’ve been here a couple times, hasn’t been too bad until today’s visit. My wife took our daughter who’s barely 3 months old to get her vaccination shot. When my wife stated she only wanted one shot, a lady by the name of Karen Dominguez yelled at her stating that we were wasting product by only getting one shot, and that if we didn’t get more that it would go on our daughters medical record and other doctors would possibly deny seeing our daughter in the future. Very upset with how unprofessional this lady was and for disregarding our wishes. Inconsistent treatment at this place. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Great place for the kids with great workers. The girls in the front are amazing, and friendly. The doctor was very understanding she made sure all of our questions were answered. 10/10 for me!
Highly recommend Glendale Pediatrics & Family Care. I was seen by Rebeca, the PA for the office. She was very patient with me & listened to all of my concerns. She went over my full health history and took the time to explain everything. She went over any and all of the questions that I had. Her medical assistant was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. I get nervous and don’t like to give blood, but she did a great job when taking blood for my lab work. Highly highly recommend Rebeca if you are looking for a primary care provider who cares. She’s the best of the best & I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my medical needs.
