So not sure who runs this particular EOS but ever since I switched to this one there's always something broken and takes forever to get fixed especially the sauna in the early morning hours for example I came here all last week from 3am to 5am and when I go in the sauna it's cold in there I did bring it to there attention later in the day and was told it's working now like I was lying and here yet again I'm here and it's not working and there's no staff to tell or at least I can't find someone professional and or a manager should be available this is an on going issue and it's keeping me from reaching my fitness goals very frustrating I've been a member since early 2000's
Machines are broken. Dometimes gor months. They spent a lot of money on a dark room with flashy lights, but what about is? The people who just want safe equipmentto stay in shape. The shoulder fly has bedn broken for months. Sometime the machine just foesnt have a pin. You would tjink they would have extras. Ive bedn a member 5 years...maybe time yo move on
I had a great lower-body training session with Jenni at EOS Fitness, and she did a phenomenal job! She was knowledgeable, encouraging, and really took the time to make sure I was performing each exercise with proper form. She pushed me to challenge myself while still making the workout feel comfortable and productive.
You can tell Jenni genuinely cares about helping her clients improve, and I left the session feeling like I got a great workout and learned a lot. She was professional, motivating, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
