The ladies in the front are more than nice, they showed deep concern for my mother in law and assisted in helping her right away. They made us feel like a priority with no hesitation and I really thank them for that.As for the dr (lady with bright pink Nikes) with who seen my mother in law, she was rude, inpatient and insensitive. From watching the way she cut my mother in law off, told her to wait to speak told her to let her finish what she was saying when she interrupted my mother in law first.. she needs to take a sick day or a moment to her self as needed before she she’s someone who is in need of help. I had called to set up a virtual appointment and Candy answered and was very patient and very kind and felt that she had answered all my questions very throughly, we need more people at the front desk like her.
