We had Kirk out to give us a quote on a remodel and he was very pleasant and told us we could expect his quote in a week to 10 days. We started calling/texting/emailing weekly after 2 weeks of waiting and he would never return any of our calls. We wasted a LOT of time waiting for a response. Just as well that we discovered this BEFORE we gave any money up front!

Kirk came out and gave us a competitive bid for everything we wanted. After refinishing the doors the stain just did not quite match the new doors we had installed. Canyon stood behind everything and ordered new doors for the refinished ones. Along with all the granite and backsplash work we could not be happier with the results.

Kirk with Canyon Kitchen Cabinets can to our house within a few days of our request for quote. He was on-time and very friendly. We told him the kitchen renovations we wanted to do and he took measurements for all the counter tops. When he left we felt very good about him and his company. And then nothing ... He did not send us a quote, has not responded to any of our inquiries, nothing. Just ghosted us. If he did not want the job I would have preferred he just tell us he was not going to bid.
