Kirk came out and gave us a competitive bid for everything we wanted. After refinishing the doors the stain just did not quite match the new doors we had installed. Canyon stood behind everything and ordered new doors for the refinished ones. Along with all the granite and backsplash work we could not be happier with the results.
We hired Canyon Kitchens to re-surface our kitchen cabinets. We called them again because we were so pleased with their installing Quartz counters in our kitchen several years ago and also they re-modeled our two bathrooms. Kirk came and we told him what we wanted and picked out the new doors and features we wanted. We were told that it would be at least four months before they could do it so we said ok. Well, it was well worth waiting for. we absolutely love our new kitchen. The workman were professional and considerate. Norm even worked all day Sunday to finish everything. He is a master at his job. We would highly recommend this family owned business. Thank you.
Canyon Kitchen Cabinets did a great job on our new kitchen remodel. Norm is wonderful to work with and Brian is the best skilled craft person we have ever encountered. We rehired them again to do our master bath remodel. Like previous reviewers we had and are having problems with the details. The salesperson makes all sorts of "oh yah we can do that, no problem". Then if it's not specifically written down on the contract you are in trouble. Make sure the thickness of your countertops & shower glass are specified, the height of your shower glass. The kind of edge you want on your granite or quartz? Is the tile included? What part of the plumbing job isn't included? The amount they will allow you for knobs & pulls and which Company they will allow you to get them through? Then, just what won't they pay for? Get your project broken down on the salesperson's work-up sheet and get a copy of it. Your whole experience will run a lot smoother if there is a good understanding on both sides. They do great work, there just seems to be a disconnect between the sales/office staff/production side of this Company. (the above is just our take, and to help prospective customers & CKC alike).
