I had to reschedule my appointment, then had a flat tire on my car as I left to go to my appointment. I left my cell phone at home and couldn't remember the address of the office, by the time I got to the Office I expected that I would miss my appointment. But I was treated with empathy and they went out of their way to get me in and made the appointment the first successful event of my day. The care I received was a breath of fresh are that customer support still happens.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Hoffman and his staff are a wonderful group to visit. They are very caring to all medical needs and actually took the time to listen and help me with my medical situation. From ER visits to surgery and recovery they have truly been a great help to my health. Thank you very much for all that you have done for me!!!
