I only had one person that I dealt with and that was Beth Konieczny. She was the agent in charge of a house that I wanted to rent. In a nutshell, she was outstanding. I had numerous credit issues that reflected poorly on me, but she took a personal interest in my case and conveyed to the property owner my good qualities and history. The owner agreed to approve my one year lease without additional fees . I really appreciate what Beth did for me. Apparently some of the other agents there have problems because they have so many bad revues, but give Beth a try, you won't regret it.
I love this apartment and the community. Our managers and staff are awesome and always looking to help. Things were kind of off when I first moved in, but Ms. Margie and her team made sure it was as smooth as possible. Oh and I love the community events and the apartment life team.
