We called for an emergency service where the water was backing up on the verge of flooding. The dispatcher was very understanding, helpful immediately and was back to me with a solution within minutes informing me there was a crew headed to my business within the hour. He arrived, assessed quickly and solved the problem within 20 minutes and we were back to business pretty much unscathed. Thank you! In small business every day counts and really hurts when you have to close for something like water backup.
