Just received a call from Tristan, who was the one I dealt with in the arrangements and pickup of my daughter pet Max, who apologized for the staff, because he understood why I asked and paid for the return of the ashes, I truly respect this man calling and handling of the remains, so that my bedridden daughter can complete her mourning with the remains! Would definitely recommend this company. They showed compassion and were very professional. I appreciated the pickup service and the gentleman that picked up my beloved pet was kind, reassuring and empathetic. I was very pleased with the service. I especially loved the heart tag on her urn with her name on it. It was a lovely touch.
I had no expectations from the cremation service other than to receive my little dog, Sunny’s ashes. I was incredibly impressed with the overall level of service. I was out of the country when my dog died. The All Pets employee picked up my dog from my home and spoke with me over the phone to reassure me that everything would be taken care of. Sunny’s ashes were delivered to me in a beautiful wooden box with a red heart dog tag engraved with Sunny’s name, accompanied by a sympathy card offering condolences for my loss.
