I own a 21,000SF warehouse building in south Phoenix that I recently put on the market for sale.
Since my tenant was vacating July 31, and the building would be vacant, I decided to hire a private security firm, and went with ACE SECURITY MANAGEMENT.
Chase and I reviewed options, and decided on 1-each 8-hour uniformed guard 4 times each week, and random checks on the other days.
I met with Kurt prior to them starting and we looked everything together including potential areas where trespassers could access the property.

ACE Security was both professional & personal. I was impressed by the level of instruction. The instructor, Chase, did an excellent job of pointing out both strengths and weaknesses. I learned what was working as well as what next steps to take to be as safe as possible. Security is always important but as the parent of a special needs child I was thankful for the extra time and insight of his expertise.
