If the other reviews weren't bad enough, they framed our new build house with standard door heights even though plans call for 8ft interior doors. After delays getting someone out to fix the issue, they decided it was fine to raise the header and scab in a piece of wood to support the header instead of the required sill to header jack stud. They would never do this on their own home, so its extremely deceptive to try and put it on a customer's home hoping they'll be long out of the picture before the doors start sagging.

New Ashton woods home build and the foundation is cracking and moving to the point that it’s cracking the tile in my home. Was supposed to have an inspection done by Erik, he never showed up but called my warranty contact with Ashton woods and said he walked the foundation with me. That was a straight up lie. He said the cracking in my foundation is within tolerance when he did his no show “inspection” so now they are supposed to come back out to do the inspection. I don’t feel like I can trust them to be honest on there findings. They have already shown they are a dishonest company by lying about doing an “inspection” on my foundation to begin with.

So I moved in to my new house over a year now and when I moved in had a cracked shower pan in master shower. Although it took a year to fix they came yesterday and demoed/installed new shower pan and reinstalled shower walls. Looks brand new! I was so happy with Elias and Masters work. The two installers were very professional and you could tell these guys know what they are doing. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work they provided. Thank you.
