So my favorite story is when Dr. Q did a nutrition panel for my highly asthmatic/allergic kid, made some recommendations, changed some.dietary things and then he grew over a foot over the next summer and the majority of his allergies and food sensitivities dissapeared.
But theres also the one where Dr. Chung helped my mom get off of I think 4 different medications and avoid a dreaded hip replacement surgery.
But i think the strongest recommendation comes from the fact that I have insurance with a zero dollar copay, and even though vital shift does not take my insurance, I still go to Dr. Q to get my recommendations, Treatments and consultation, and then I go to my pcp and tell them what she said.
Strongly recommend!! Naturopathic medicine works and is the root and fundamentof modern alopathic medicine. Find a trusted provider and Dont let the industry surrounding it make you forget that!

Ana Jones took the time to listen to me and lead me down the correct path of healing. I am so grateful for her! She is always do kind and attentive. Starting Acupuncture and establishing myself as a patient with Dr Ana Jones has turned around the quality of my life, for which I will be eternally grateful! Dr Jones is hands-down the BEST medical practitioner I have ever come across! She listens and is super thorough with her note taking, kind, compassionate, thoughtful and she truly CARES about her patient's well being and wanting to work with the patients under her care to figure out a way toward HEALTHFUL living. I got the level of care and answers to what were otherwise medical mysteries behind why I was constantly plagued by chronic migraines, brain fog, inability to make decisions, bodily aches and pains, PMS and menopausal-type symptoms. I sing her praises to all my friends, and am now writing this as my way of giving back to society for the Miracle Healing Works of Dr Jones. Vitalship is one of the most relaxing environments that I have ever been to. The Dr.'s they are so patient and kind and it feels like going to see great friends. I highly recommend this office for you and your children, they offer so many awesome self care options.

I scheduled an appointment over the holiday weekend of NY. A very kind woman was on the other end. She said she was Dr. White and didn't have access to certain paperwork. I was super thankful she was willing to schedule us over the long weekend and was very excited to have my daughter seen by her. Last night my daughter woke up violently ill, throwing up all night long. I called first thing in the morning. From this point forward my experience was one that changed my mind on coming into this office. The VM left by the receptionist was not understanding. She said we would have to pay upfront to schedule later in the week. Which I am okay with. We realize that naturopathy is a personal cost and it is important to us, as we have been down this road many times and loved our previous providers (we just moved so had to change). When I called back, right after her VM I let her know we could still come in...I was just trying to protect their office and patients from this stomach bug/flu she may have. She quickly told me she filled our spot and we would need to pay to reschedule. Her TONE was rude and demeaning. This call and her attitude changed our minds and we will be going with another provider.

I am fairly new to the practice but I am so impressed! This was my first time with a naturopath and what a world of a difference! I really felt listened to and cared for. Dr. Chung spends time to explain everything and takes her time! I'm used to physicians that get you in/out asap and push prescriptions. I have literally been changing my life in order to lose weight and have good mental well-being. Vitalship is truly a rock to lean on. I feel so much more motivated. The tincture is great as well as the herbal supplements. Also, let me tell you ladies- I have been trying with my conservative OBGYN to get my tubes tied for over a year and they told me that they could only do so many a year with my insurance. I went to Dr. Chung and she referred me to AZ Gynecological Consultants and they had me scheduled for surgery that day and only had to wait one month! I couldn't be more happy, great step in the right direction for caring for my health. Thanks Vitalship!!!
