Incredible service. Incredible attention to detail. More than 4 employees took turns assuring my car was sparkling clean. Best value in Gilbert. They even offer free car washes if you get an oil change with them.

I definitely do not expect a detail, but for $40 I do expect the basics. I was the only car there with 4 employees. I got home and had to basically re-wash my car. Will do it myself from now on. Cheaper and I know it’s clean.

I have a membership here and I love it. Everyone goes above and beyond every time I come in, which is often! From the car wash, window tint, and beyond, every service and experience has been amazing!

EDIT: Owner responded after this and was understanding + issued a refund without making me drive all the way to the location and I appreciate the quick response. Changed my review to 3 stars instead of 1 to reflect.
Even after explicitly telling the wash guy 3 or 4 times I did not want to be signed up for a monthly plan, a month after I get a wash done I find myself being charged for a monthly plan. I called in and spoke to Kim who said she’s been having problems with a couple employees doing that and she promptly cancelled the plan I had been unwillingly put on. However, she said that a manager had to “look into a refund” and would “get back to me” which of course has not happened.
Don’t go here, they’ll literally sign you up for monthly plans and hope you wont notice that they charged you 20$ a month until you wise up.

I am so impressed with Tom's Family Car Wash not only for the excellent service they provide with every visit, but also for recognizing nurses and teachers by offering a free titanium wash during Nurses and Teachers Appreciation Week. This level of customer service from a small business is truly commendable, and it’s something many larger companies could learn from. I will always make the drive to come here for my car washes!! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and for going above and beyond for your community.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid for a premium car wash that included body wax and tire dressing, but what I received was far from it. After exiting the wash and lining up for the finishing service, an employee quickly wiped my car using the same used cloths he had just used on another vehicle. There was no proper waxing done at all.
He then rushed through the tire dressing in under a minute for all four tires, which clearly shows there was no attention to detail or proper application. The entire process felt careless and rushed.
This level of unprofessionalism, especially after charging a premium price, shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Definitely not coming back.
