Not happy with the inspecter not looking behind jasmine vines to check for activity. Said it was too difficult to get to it, but that's what I pay to have done. There are no thorns or harmful parts to a jasmine vine. That was my only issue.Service: Termite inspection

I've been a customer of Terminix for 30 years. Over the past 18 months my quarterly bill went from $126 to $189 with little to no warning. The last time it went up $21 and I wasn't warned about it so I refuted it. For the past two months I've spoken to six agents and taken notes on each phone call. Each agent had a different story; one agent gave me a false name and a false phone number and the last agent flat out lied to me and told me my bill going forward would be $119. None of the branch managers nor the corporate managers would adjust my bill of $189 in which they gave me no warning of a $21 increase.
