I've been using Jay for more than 3 years. They do taxes for two trusts and an individual. Always timely and complete. They also help set up forms for my quarterly's. Everything is ready to go. I get fair pricing and have friends that use Tax Navigate as well.
Outstanding service. The CPA (Jay) is detail oriented and provided insightful suggestions to reduce payments to the IRS in the future. The gal at the front the desk is personable and helpful. We found the best time to drop off taxes is Tuesday through Friday.
