Had such a great experience at Hello Sugar with Alysia! What can usually be a super uncomfortable and painful experience was honestly neither. Been doing Brazilians for decades, and I felt so comfortable, everything was clean and welcoming, and the process was quick and easy. I signed up for the membership right away and I’m already looking forward to staying bikini ready all year long. Highly recommend!
I waiver between a 4 and a 5. I am not impressed with the location. The building needs signage. For a first time person to any of those businesses, it’s quite challenging (esp since the numbering isn’t even in order). However, I was able to get an appt within 48 hours during hours not listed. The gal I had was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was a good experience.
This was possibly the best experience I've had getting waxed!! Even though it's in a studio room in the palette collective the service and wonderful customer service I received was phenomenal. The esthetician that took care of me was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend ?
