This was possibly the best experience I've had getting waxed!! Even though it's in a studio room in the palette collective the service and wonderful customer service I received was phenomenal. The esthetician that took care of me was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend ?
Was so great! It was so personable and my waxer (Mackenzie) was so quick and made everything very comfortable! Would 100% recommend, I was so nervous before, but as soon as I got in the room I felt better!
Mackenzie was so personable and did a great job on my leg wax! She was quick and also very good at distracting me from the small ounce of pain I felt from getting waxed!! I will definitely be coming back for any of my future waxes with Mackenzie?
