I called Southwest Contemporary Women's Care and want to give a special shoutout to Edie for her outstanding customer service. She was so sweet, kind, and patient.
Even though my insurance is out of network, just speaking with her was a great experience.
She made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and truly went above and beyond.
Her positive energy started my week off fantastic. Highly recommend!
I have absolutely loved my experience here! Dr. Russell is seriously the best, it feels like he really cares and takes his time with you which I really appreciate. I had to switch OB offices due to insurance reasons and I was 34 weeks pregnant, so I was very nervous since I was so close to the end of my pregnancy. But Dr. Russell made me feel at ease, honestly felt so much better here versus my last office!
I wish everyone knew of this place, I started coming here when I found out I was pregnant and now I come for my birth control. Everyone I interact with has been amazing. From the girls at the front desk to the Drs I have seen here, everyone is truly great and friendly. I love them!
