Miles is the BEST. He always fixed anything as soon as you need it and he always is efficient in his work. Alot of the reason I rent here is because of the amazing maintenance I receive in my studio!!! Thank you miles!
I needed to give a shout out because we see some great changes. I have to say that after the new property manager started there have been impactful changes and upgrades and I love the atmosphere. Rent is very fair and I really appreciate that right now. I have looked and I can’t find these rates elsewhere in Gilbert. Thank you for making this a much better place in such a short amount of time!!
I have been renting here for going on three years now. Mimi and maintenance are attentive and great! The salon stays very clean and has a relaxing environment. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a salon suite to rent and or to get a service done as there are many services that are provided here!
