This review is solely based off customer service, as I haven't had a chance to experience the product. We set up an appointment for Friday Sep 30th for a quote between 10am-12. Received a text at 9:48am from The tech stating he has to reschedule for Monday same time as he is out sick. Monday comes around and 10-12 comes and goes and no one shows up, called the office at 1235 and the gal said she will find out what's going on and call me back in 5 (she also only showed we were scheduled Friday, not Monday) she never called back, and about 1pm He shows up. He gives us a quote and we let me him our builder was coming by Tuesday as they have paint touch ups to do before we can get this barrier done. Informed him once we find out we will schedule. Tuesday (10/4) I messaged The tech and let him know we want to schedule for the brick wall asap as that's where our main issue is, but that once we find out the paint for the house situation we will schedule that as it may be awhile per our builder. At the end of the day he replied, a message that happened to be to the wrong customer, then said he'd get back to me tomorrow when he can look at the schedule. Thursday (10-6) comes around and I haven't heard anything so I reach out to ask if he got a chance to look at the schedule, he doesn't reply tell end of day Friday (10/7) saying "sorry my manger had a family and is expected back Monday. I will get back to you asap" so assuming he meant family emergency, okay but we've been waiting days now. Monday comes around, nothing. Tuesday I tried calling the office, they answered and hung up, then wouldn't answer the rest of the day. Wednesday (10/12) reach out to the tech for an update, no response. Today, Thursday 10/13 I tried calling again with no answer. Basically 2 weeks of BS from this company, it's super unfortunate they are the only ones who do this barrier as I'm sure they use it to their advantage

Christian Baca is a Great tech. Paid attention to detailed and was patient. Very friendly! My wife and I were very pleased with his service! Keep up the great work!
