I was a little worried about using quell. They were a door to door, knocking service. But I had some bug issues and was just actually online looking for someone. The price was pretty fair. The girl that came to the door was actually very nice. I thought they’d just send out some guy who didn’t really care bout his job and wouldn’t do great but thought I’d try them out. The guy that came out was amazing and nice and explained everything. As long as the bugs are staying away I will be verrrrry happy with them! Time will tell. But so far so good. Great customer service and they are very patient.
