There may not be enough words to say how amazing the entire team and company is! As a first time homeowner who had barely moved in and had not one, but two, major water leaks I was beyond stressed. Everyone has been amazing and are all so helpful and caring. From the very first interaction, I was walked through every step and truly felt how much the entire team genuinely cares about helping you. When I say they have gone above and beyond to help me out and take care of me, I truly mean it! From the owner down to every employee I have met, everyone is fantastic! I would highly recommend the Emergency Flood Team to anyone in need of restoration services! When my toilet supply hose broke, the plumber who repaired it sent a big-name restoration company to assess the water damage. That company did a quick assessment and quoted a high price. I decided to call the Emergency Flood Team for a second opinion, which turned out to be the expert opinion we wanted! They immediately set themselves apart by putting on protective shoe booties to show respect for my home.
